Time Is Marching On

April is half way over. My sister hasn't been charged with any Felony Crime. The family now has many questions. Questions that have been asked to Chief Seth Riewaldt Of Aurora Ohio and have went "ignored" Our Calls never returned.

My sister's late husband was an Attorney and took care of the establishment of My grandfathers Estate. Our Father the executor. When My brother in law passed. My sister was comfortable filling out the paperwork to file with the court on behalf of my father. Moreover, We are Family.

On April 1, 2007 some paperwork was required by Probate Court be filed. My grandfathers entire estate was on one of the computers "seized" MY father being the executor would be held responsible which could be a fine up to 1000.00 or Probate Court Removing him as the executor and appointing someone from the court, which would be paid from the estate. My father beyond words since he was the "MODEL CITIZEN" never paid a bill, or note late in life, and never was irresponsible about any duty. My father realized the more he became upset the more my sister was upset.

My sister paid for a professional resume to find a job in another state prior to relocating. She now needed to send in those resumes. Not only did she not have the resume she paid 150.00 for, The Police took the CD copy which was given to her. My sister also borrowed a printer from a friend to print out copies of her resumes. The printer was taken in the "FELONY SEALED SEARCH WARRANT" and the friend needed it back. The tension of this was mounting. My sister was going to have to replace this printer, or lose a friendship.
Jason, who quit his job at the local Big Box Electronic Retailer back in December to work at a Consultant for small to medium size companies and businesses doing web design, hosting, and something else known as Intellectual Property. Jason had already in three months of the year made more money than he did the entire year previous. Jason enjoyed working with people one on one,and putting together everything they wanted.
Jason had the intellectual property of two clients on his computer when it was seized. On March 30, 2007 was to meet with both clients with invoice and finished product. The work was complete on March 28, 2007. Jason's customers who included him in the Holiday Parties and treated to dinner at Ruth's Chris, now went from upset to disgruntled to threatening to sue Jason. And let us not forget the laptop computer Jason was fixing for a friends friend. A brand new laptop just with something or other configured wrong, used for maybe 300 keystrokes, taken like all the rest of the property.
